Lucifer Heritage is committed to handling every order with care, clarity, and respect.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, fulfilled, and handled after purchase.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received.

Processing times may occasionally be longer during:

  • holidays;
  • high order volume;
  • supplier restocking periods;
  • special releases;
  • unexpected shipping or fulfillment disruptions.

Orders are not normally processed on weekends or public holidays.

Fulfillment Partners

Some Lucifer Heritage orders may be fulfilled through trusted wholesale distributors, warehouse partners, or dropshipping fulfillment partners.

In these cases, the order is still placed through Lucifer Heritage, and customer support remains handled by Lucifer Heritage.

Packaging, shipping method, return address, and tracking availability may vary depending on the warehouse or fulfillment partner used for the order.

Shipping Destinations

Lucifer Heritage currently focuses primarily on shipping to customers in the United States.

Shipping to Canada, Europe, or other international destinations may be available for selected products or upon request, depending on supplier availability, carrier restrictions, customs rules, and shipping cost.

If a destination is not available during checkout, it may mean that shipping is not currently supported for that location.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, customs processing, warehouse location, and current shipping conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout whenever possible.

The final shipping cost may depend on:

  • destination;
  • package weight;
  • package size;
  • carrier rates;
  • warehouse or fulfillment location;
  • handling and fulfillment charges.

Lucifer Heritage may update shipping rates when supplier or carrier costs change.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided whenever available.

Once an order has shipped, customers may receive:

  • a shipping confirmation email;
  • a tracking number;
  • carrier updates, if supported by the shipping method.

Tracking updates may occasionally take time to appear after shipment.

For some international shipments, tracking may be limited once the package leaves the origin country or enters customs processing.

Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages.

This may happen because of:

  • different warehouse locations;
  • supplier availability;
  • product size or weight;
  • carrier requirements;
  • partial fulfillment of available items.

Customers are not charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless this is clearly stated before purchase.

Backorders and Unavailable Items

Occasionally, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If this happens, Lucifer Heritage may:

  • ship the available items first;
  • cancel and refund the unavailable item;
  • offer a replacement item, if appropriate;
  • contact the customer before proceeding.

For international orders, unavailable items may be canceled rather than shipped separately, in order to avoid additional customs charges or excessive shipping costs.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import taxes, duties, local handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Lucifer Heritage cannot control customs delays, import decisions, or local tax requirements.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Please make sure that the shipping address, city, postal code, state or region, country, phone number, and email address are correct before placing an order.

Lucifer Heritage is not responsible for:

  • delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses;
  • carrier address correction fees;
  • unclaimed packages;
  • delays caused by incomplete customer information;
  • packages returned because of customer address errors.

If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@luciferheritage.com.

We will do our best to help, but once an order has entered fulfillment or shipping, changes may no longer be possible.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of incorrect customer information, customs refusal, unpaid duties, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for:

  • original shipping costs;
  • return shipping costs;
  • carrier fees;
  • customs or handling charges;
  • any non-refundable fulfillment costs.

Refunds for refused or returned packages are reviewed individually.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If an order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue;
  • photographs of damaged items or packaging, if applicable;
  • any carrier information available.

Damage or missing item claims should be reported within 10 days of delivery whenever possible.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered, Lucifer Heritage will review the case, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages that may have been stolen, misplaced, or removed after delivery.

Natural, Symbolic, and Handcrafted Objects

Some products may contain natural or handmade variations in:

  • color;
  • texture;
  • shape;
  • size;
  • finish;
  • symbolic detailing.

These variations are part of the nature of natural stones, ritual-inspired objects, handcrafted goods, decorative items, and symbolic tools. They are not usually considered defects.

Shipping Philosophy

Lucifer Heritage values careful presentation, honest communication, and thoughtful handling.

Objects connected to atmosphere, ritual, reflection, and symbolic meaning deserve more than careless movement through a warehouse. At the same time, every effort is made to process and ship orders within a reasonable timeframe.
