Lucifer Heritage values thoughtful service, respectful communication, and fair resolution of order-related concerns.

This Return & Refund Policy explains when returns, refunds, replacements, or store-credit solutions may be requested.

Return Eligibility

Most physical products may be eligible for return within 14 days after delivery, provided that the item is:

  • unused;
  • in original condition;
  • returned with original packaging whenever possible;
  • free from intentional damage, misuse, alteration, or contamination;
  • approved for return before being shipped back.

Customers must contact Lucifer Heritage before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, refunded, or traceable.

Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, product condition, customization, supplier limitations, or product-specific restrictions.

Return Authorization

Before returning any product, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • the item you wish to return;
  • the reason for the return;
  • photographs if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

If the return is approved, Lucifer Heritage will provide return instructions. The return address may vary depending on the warehouse, supplier, or fulfillment partner connected with the order.

Please do not send products back to the sender address on the package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • opened incense products;
  • opened oils, herbs, powders, resins, or similar consumable products;
  • used ritual, altar, symbolic, or personal items;
  • candles that have been burned, altered, or removed from protective packaging;
  • jewelry or body-contact items that show signs of use;
  • personalized, custom-made, or special-order products;
  • digital downloads;
  • gift cards;
  • clearance, final-sale, or discontinued items where clearly stated.

Additional exclusions may apply on specific product pages where clearly stated.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 10 days after delivery whenever possible.

Include:

  • your order number;
  • a brief description of the issue;
  • photographs of the damaged item;
  • photographs of the packaging, shipping label, and box condition;
  • details of any missing item, if applicable.

Each case is reviewed individually. Depending on the situation, Lucifer Heritage may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, store credit, or another reasonable solution.

Refunds

Approved refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method.

After approval, please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on the payment provider, card issuer, and banking system.

Refunds are usually issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected, unless the issue involves a confirmed fulfillment error, damaged shipment, or other verified exception.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless:

  • the wrong item was sent;
  • the product arrived damaged;
  • a verified fulfillment error occurred;
  • a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by:

  • a damaged product;
  • an incorrect item;
  • a confirmed fulfillment mistake;
  • another issue for which Lucifer Heritage is responsible.

For returns based on change of mind, personal preference, ordering mistakes, or refusal of delivery, return shipping costs may remain the responsibility of the customer.

For international returns, customers are responsible for ensuring that the package complies with local postal, customs, and shipping regulations.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges may not always be available because some products are fulfilled through warehouse partners or wholesale distributors.

Where appropriate, customers may be advised to:

  • return the original item after approval;
  • receive a refund or store credit;
  • place a new order separately.

Backorders and Unavailable Items

Occasionally, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If an item cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe, Lucifer Heritage may contact the customer to offer:

  • a delayed shipment;
  • a replacement item;
  • a partial refund;
  • cancellation of the unavailable item;
  • cancellation and refund of the affected order.

If an order cannot be shipped within the stated or expected timeframe, Lucifer Heritage will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Packages

If a package is refused, abandoned, unclaimed, returned due to incorrect address information, or returned because customs duties or import charges were not paid, the customer may be responsible for:

  • original shipping costs;
  • return shipping costs;
  • carrier fees;
  • customs or handling charges;
  • non-refundable fulfillment costs.

Refunds for refused, unclaimed, or returned packages are reviewed individually and may be reduced by any costs incurred.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Lucifer Heritage is not responsible for delivery failure, delay, loss, carrier correction fees, or return costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid customer address information.

We will do our best to help, but address changes may not be possible once an order has entered fulfillment or shipping.

Digital Products & Downloadable Content

Digital products, downloadable files, literary content, symbolic guides, or other electronic materials are generally non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, delivered, or made available.

Exceptions may apply in cases involving duplicate purchases, technical delivery problems, or other verified issues.

European Consumer Withdrawal Rights

Where applicable under consumer protection law, eligible customers may have the right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days after delivery.

This right may not apply to all products, including certain sealed goods, hygiene-sensitive items, personalized goods, digital content after access or download, or other legally excluded categories.

Processing Time

Return and refund requests are typically reviewed within 2–7 business days.

Complex cases may require additional verification, supplier confirmation, carrier investigation, photographs, or communication with fulfillment partners.

Ritual & Symbolic Objects Disclaimer

Many products offered through Lucifer Heritage are symbolic, decorative, ritual-inspired, atmosphere-oriented, or reflective in nature.

Products are not sold as guarantees of:

  • supernatural outcomes;
  • spiritual transformation;
  • emotional healing;
  • financial results;
  • mystical protection;
  • medical or psychological effects.

Interpretation and use remain personal.

Natural and Handmade Variations

Some products may naturally vary in color, texture, size, shape, weight, finish, pattern, scent, or symbolic detailing.

These variations are common in natural stones, handmade items, ritual-inspired objects, decorative goods, oils, herbs, and similar products. Minor natural variation is not usually considered a defect.

Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

Lucifer Heritage reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, replacements, or store-credit requests in situations involving:

  • fraudulent claims;
  • repeated abuse;
  • intentional misuse;
  • policy manipulation;
  • false damage reports;
  • unreasonable return behavior;
  • returns sent without authorization.
